To register your interest for this course please contact your branch. You will need approval from another branch officer to attend.
This virtual course is designed as an additional online module to complete the training for Branch Secretaries.
Ideally participants will have completed the initial online introductory module for Branch Secretaries.
It contains six activities running for a total of four hours and 20 minutes.
This module covers:
- Active Listening
- Support systems for stewards
- Equality and Organising
- Avoiding overload
- Prioritising practice
- Further planning
This course will be delivered via Zoom
