This introductory 1-hour session is aimed at all UNISON members with an interest in Neurodiversity. Neurodiversity is an umbrella term for autism, dyslexia, ADHD and dyspraxia.
This session includes:
- An introductory understanding of Neurodiversity
- Strengths of Neurodiverse individuals
- Workplace barriers for Neurodiverse employees
