Microsoft Excel is the most popular and widely used spreadsheet software in the workplace and this course is for people who want to extend their spreadsheet skills beyond the basics.
You will be guided through the skills you need to produce highly efficient and productive workbooks including how to: create a VLOOKUP table, create a Pivot Table and Pivot Chart, sorting and filtering, use the IF function and more.

This workshop helps you recognise the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours (SKBs) you already have and gives you the professional language to claim your identity as a leader. Mapping existing daily tasks to formal Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor standards. The training also addresses the mindset shift required when an employee begins leading their former peers.

This one-day course explores race and sex discrimination law by examining case
studies. It introduces: concepts of direct discrimination, indirect discrimination and victimisation, discrimination time limits and the Public Sector Equality Duty.
The law is only one option of a range of steps activists may take to challenge race and sex discrimination in the workplace. The purpose of this course is not to explore awareness or policy issues as such, but to provide an introduction to how the law works in this area.
