This course will explore the use of a camera on a mobile phone. This will predominantly be centred around the iphone, however you can bring other devices and help and support will be given. You will explore the camera settings for your phone or your mobile device and learn what the different types of camera mode do and what they are used for including time lapse, slo-mo, cinematic, video, photo, portrait and pano.

This workshop will explore all things menopause. The aim of this workshop is to offer a better understanding of issues related to menopause and the lead up to it peri-menopause. We will discuss some of the best ways to keep healthy and minimise the symptoms as well as the impact on relationships, work and mental and physical health.
