Every non-trans person can be an ally for trans equality but not everyone feels confident doing this. During this short virtual workshop you will: consider the role of a trans ally and why it is needed; explore UNISON’s definition of Transgender; understand what you can do to be a good trans ally and know where to find resources and support.
