This in person workshop will explore all things menopause. The aim of this workshop is to offer a better understanding of issues related to menopause and the lead up to it peri-menopause. We will discuss some of the best ways to keep healthy and minimise the symptoms as well as the impact on relationships, work and mental and physical health.

Local Learning Hubs – This is a new initiative where we are working to bring regional training opportunities closer to you.

This face to face course looks at what the roles of the steward are and gives you the skills, knowledge and understanding to carry out these roles, for example recruiting members and involving them in the union and how to work with members to tackle problems at work.

This course will run on 9, 10, 11, 17, 18 October 2024.
