This two-day course is aimed at activists with little experience of negotiating, or those with some experience but who wish to improve their skills.
The course will demonstrate:
- How to be a more effective team negotiator
- Different negotiating styles
- Analysis of the different stages of negotiations
- Building negotiating skills through role practice
This face-to-face training will take place at Centre4, 17a Wootton Road, Grimsby, DN33 1HE. This is a non-residential course.
