This workshop helps you recognise the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours (SKBs) you already have and gives you the professional language to claim your identity as a leader.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Claim your professional identity by identifying three core management behaviours you currently demonstrate in your daily roles.
- Map existing daily tasks to formal Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor standards specifically in areas of Leading People, Building Relationship, and Problem Solving.
- Apply management frameworks to solve a ‘real-world’ workplace scenario using CMI-aligned leadership behaviours
- The training also addresses the mindset shift required when an employee begins leading their former peers, focusing on trust and professionalism.
