This in-person session is aimed at Black members and will explore how you can develop your skills through being involved with the union.
The session will include:
- key skills employers look for
- explore the skills you can gain from being involved with the Black Members Self Organised Group
- an overview of some of the union roles with a focus on the Branch International Officer
- gain tips on the recruitment and interview process if you have ever considered working for UNISON
