Join us for a day dedicated to Black Women’s Self Care – Putting Yourself First. This in-person session aimed at Black women and will take place at our Regional Centre in Leeds, situated near the train station: Y&H Regional Centre, Quayside House, Canal Wharf, Leeds, LS11 5PS on (date tbc).
We will be joined by Calm & Centred for part of the day. They will give an overview of self care and mindfulness plus an introduction to essential oils. There will also be an opportunity to make your own oils (all materials provided). The day will also include group activities and discussion around the importance of self care.
