This session is aimed at women who are interested in building good habits to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Whatever stage you are at on your journey, we feel sure that you will benefit from joining us.

We will be exploring small changes that can be easily implemented every day that will support physical as well as mental health and will bring in a range of techniques to help you feel more in control, manage stress and navigate challenging times. The session will be friendly and informal with plenty of opportunity for discussion.
